ATTENTION: Selling nudes and explicit content on premium Snapchat has become a HUGE business, capable of producing THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS per month! This guide will show you exactly how to cash in. [Read to the end for elite tips]
Is it really possible to make over $10,000 per month selling access to a premium Snapchat account full of your nudes and other explicit content? It sure is, if you know exactly what you’re doing.
I’ve been training webcam models to kick butt with premium Snapchat sales for years now, and I’ve decided to reveal exactly how the top models make the big bucks on the popular sexting platform. If you want those fat stacks for yourself, you best read this article to the end, because it just may expand your weed budget to unheard of levels. Oh, and this info is only for those over 18!
The Basics of Snapchat – Public and Premium
Okay, we’re gonna start off with a basic rundown of what Snapchat is, how it works, and how adult models use it to make the kind of monthly money that would normally make you shit yourself, if you saw it suddenly appear in your bank account one morning. Yes, there’s a TON of money to be made with this little app, and yes, it can make you lose control of your bowels when you see the numbers come in, but you need to know a few things first.
Snapchat is generally used for sexting between friends and intimate partners, primarily because when you send someone a “snap,” the message/image/video disappears after it has been viewed.
So, for example, if you’re totally bombed one night and decide to text your friend about how much you’d like to ride The Night King from Game of Thrones while yelling “Spear me with that naughty ice pole, Daddyyy!!,” the evidence will disappear quickly and you’ll most likely breathe a sigh of relief the next morning.
It’s mostly for this reason that Snapchat got seriously popular, a few years ago, with cam girls, adult models, and pornstars. Despite the fact that Snapchat’s official policy forbids nudity and explicit content, the platform became, pretty much, the social media headquarters for adult internet personalities.
Snapchat is basically a massive social media home for pervs where doing anything pervy is against the rules. But you know what they say about rules…
Following a model on Snapchat became the cool thing to do, and now it’s gotten monetized into a full-blown industry because premium account subscriptions can go for $10 to $50 per month. With dozens, or hundreds, of subscribers recurring every month, that can add up to a ridic income.
If you’re a cam girl or porn model, and you’re not on Snapchat at this point, it’s like being a stoner and not blazing before sex — it’s just not done. Oftentimes, a cam girl, for example, can double her monthly revenues just by offering a premium Snapchat. Given the revenue potentials, Snapchat is not something any online adult model can afford to ignore.
Before we go any further, you should signup for a broadcaster account at Chaturbate here. In a minute, I’ll be letting you in on a pretty much sure-fire way to boost premium Snapchat sales into orbit using Chaturbate!
The best way to promote your premium Snapchat is to use a free, or “public,” Snapchat account to first warm-up your fans and get them ready to invest some shekels to view your “freaky deaky” explicit snaps. You see, selling anything requires that you build a bond of trust and respect, cultivate likability, and overcome objections with your target audience.
Many of your fans will not be ready to buy from you on day one. They may think you’re hot, or cool, or interesting, but may not be sure they want to spend hard-earned money to watch you go to Funkytown on their phones.
That’s where public Snapchats save the day! With a public Snapchat account, you can gradually win your audience over and convince them to buy premium access. The content is usually a combination of normal activities and sexy tease. This is a devastatingly effective technique, and one that only the top webcam models and pornstars employ.
Marketing 101 dictates that achieving likability, trust, and respect occurs as your audience becomes more and more familiar with you. Having a public Snapchat will allow you to be in your fans’ faces on a regular basis. You’ll have the ability to win them over, day by day, as you snap about your routine activities. Going to the gym, or to Starbucks, or to the weed dispensary (Woooo!!) can all be snapped and turned into content for your public account… and almost effortlessly, at that.
This repeated exposure to you, your life, and your mundane adventures in the world will allow you to grow on your audience. Pretty soon, they’ll come to see you as someone they care about, like a friend. Once that relationship has been established between you and your followers, serious money can be made. People readily buy from friends, but rarely from strangers (remember that, it’s the key to selling anything).
So, clearly, having a public Snapchat will do wonders for your premium sales, but how do you build up the followership of your public account?
Well, one method is the “takeover” of large Snapchat accounts (like PornHub’s or Redtube’s), but it can be difficult to get accepted for these. Snapchat accounts can get deleted if models go too far teasing viewers during their takeover, so you generally need to be a well-regarded model with a good rep to be trusted for this.
Another method is to do “shout for shouts” with other models, where they basically promo your public account on their Snapchat in exchange for you giving them a shoutout on yours. This is a solid method that can work, but it usually takes a long time to produce significant followers.
The best method, by far, is to simply become a model on Chaturbate and aggressively promote your public Snapchat in your chat room. Why Chaturbate? Because it’s the largest cam site in terms of traffic, and you’re more likely to get a ton of eyeballs on you there then anywhere else. Even if you’re new, you could get dozens or hundreds of new followers on your free Snap per camming session.
The beauty of this method is that Chaturbate viewers absolutely LOVE free public Snapchats. They eat them up. Just post the account name in your room topic and bring it up frequently, making sure to mention how hot and special your public Snapchat is. You could literally have THOUSANDS of followers on it within a month.
So, now that we’ve covered public Snapchats, let me explain how to setup your premium Snapchat account. This is the account you’re going to use to put out all your freakiest content. Your nudes, your twerking, your toy play, any b/g or g/g shows, you name it. Whatever you’re comfortable doing, you can snap it on your premium account.
Now, as I mentioned before, nudity and explicit naughtiness are not only frowned upon by Snapchat, they’re actually not even allowed in their terms. This doesn’t stop anyone from doing it, of course, but you’ll need to be aware of the special problems this issue causes.
For one thing, it means that, from time to time, your premium account may get banned. Now, this is not a show-stopper, because you can easily create another account and continue on, but it does cause the inconvenience of having to advise all your subscribers of the account change.
Subscription management platforms like FanPage.tv make things easier for Snapchat models by allowing you to notify your members by email in one blast. They also manage the re-billing for subscriptions, so you don’t have to manually collect the monthly dues from each subscriber yourself. The downside is that they take a piece of your revenues (about 25%), but most models agree that the reduction in hassles is way worth it.
If you choose not to use a subscription management platform, then you’ll need to take payments via “e-wallet” platforms like Paypal, Google Pay, Venmo, CashApp, among others. While this is certainly doable, there is some risk because nearly all of the mainstream e-wallets don’t allow transactions for adult content. So, if one of your members happens to mention porn, or nudes, or some other trigger word in a payment note, your entire account could be pulled.
Offering Snapchat subscriptions for cam site tokens is also an option, though since cam sites take between 40% and 50% of what a member spends on tokens, it can make pricing a bit tricky. If you want to set your monthly price at $10, for example, that would be 100 tokens on most sites. As the model, you would normally only get about 5 bucks of that.
Many models will sell lifetime subscriptions to their premium Snaps, which carries the benefit of allowing you to make a significant amount of money on the sale up front. For example, instead of a $10 sale for 1 month of access, you could offer lifetime access for $50 to $100.
The downside here is that making a sale that big is harder, so you would need to have a great warming-up routine in place. Add this as an additional subscription option, don’t rely on it as your only one.
As for what the content on a premium Snapchat should look like, generally, the raunchier, the better. When people pay for access to porn of any kind, they basically expect two things — hot content, and a steady supply of it.
So, you’ll find that your chief responsibility will be to produce shows that are arousing and interesting, but you’ll also need to make sure you put it out semi-regularly. That’s how you keep your subscribers happy — and happy subscribers keep re-billing!
Managing a Premium Snapchat & a Public Snapchat
Having two Snapchat accounts means that you will either have to have two separate phones to use them with, or you will need to install a “cloning app” like Parallel Space on your phone. A cloning app will allow you to have two separate installations of Snapchat on your phone, so that you can use one for your public Snap, and the other for your premium Snap.
One of the most important things I want to cover in this premium Snapchat guide is how to use your public account to boost subscriptions. As I mentioned earlier, there is no more powerful method of boosting sales than to use a public Snapchat as a “warming up” tool.
The content on your public Snapchat should be fun and sexy, but clean. Remember, nudity and explicit content are forbidden, so don’t go over the line. That means you’ll need to refrain from things like tiddy flashes, thong wedgies, spanking bare ass cheeks, camel-toe shots, hands anywhere near genitalia, too much cleavage, and pretty much any shots that focus on the pubic area (even if clothed). Yeah, I agree, it sucks donkey balls.
The bright side is that you can feel free to express yourself creatively on your public account in non-sexual ways. You can play instruments, tell jokes, practice photography, blaze your butt off, talk about passionate issues you’re obsessed with, and pretty much anything else that doesn’t involve jiggling booties and tiddies. Even if you just snap your daily chores and errands, that can be enough to endear you to your fans.
Public Snapchat accounts can be used to chronicle your daily adventures in life. You can rant, you can showoff talents, you can try your hand at improv comedy, you name it. The quirkier, the better.
From time to time, you definitely want to pique the curiosity of your viewers by talking about the naughty content to be found on your premium Snapchat. And you can certainly wear suggestive clothing for teasing purposes. Bikinis, yoga pants, booty shorts, all are fine. Again, you just need to remember to refrain from doing anything too sexually suggestive.
If done correctly, about 70% to 80% of your snaps will be on your public Snapchat, with the other 20% to 30% on your premium Snapchat. Yes, that means the vast majority of your snapping will occur on the free account, because that’s your “warming up” chamber. Remember, in order to sell anything, you need to create bonds with your audience and become trusted. Public snaps are the way to get this done.
Which brings me to the final point I want to make about having an active Snapchat presence. If you’re a webcam model, it can pretty much mean the difference between making enough to just get by, and making an eyeball-popping income that will allow you to live that much-desired “camming lifestyle” everybody’s talking about.
The reason for this is not solely because of premium Snapchat sales, though. By having an active public Snapchat, for example, a cam girl can draw her fans in and build those essential bonds that make spending money so much more likely. A “warmed up” fandom means a tipping fandom, because they will want to support you when you’re on cam — like friends are prone to do.
This is called “relationship marketing,” and it’s deadly effective. Believe me, when you’re constantly in front of people on their phones, cracking jokes, teasing, and just sharing your life, they will feel much closer to you. As a result, they will tip you more when you broadcast on cam, they’ll buy stuff off your wishlists, they’ll take you private more, etcetera, etcetera. Don’t underestimate how powerful this can be.
